  • That is completely understandable. Many people feel uncertain before their first session. Creating a safe, calm, and welcoming space is important to this work, and we will move entirely at your pace.

  • Intuitive readings focus on immediate energetic impressions to bring direct clarity and insight. Soul-Guided or Spiritual Coaching is a highly collaborative, ongoing process designed to help you integrate that guidance, set goals, and connect deeply to your own inner wisdom.

  • Yes. Energetic fields are not limited by physical distance. Virtual energy healing is just as deeply restorative and effective as an in-person session, allowing you to relax comfortably inside your own home.

  • We kindly require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session to respect subsequent client appointments.

  • Each type of session will vary, depending on which service you select.. Every experience is unique and guided by your intentions and needs. In general, you can expect to be asked what your goal is for the session, and requested to be open to receive.

  • Come with openness and curiosity. Some people bring questions or intentions, while others simply allow the session to unfold naturally.

  • No. Spiritual and intuitive services are deeply personal experiences and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. My focus is on providing a safe, supportive space to help facilitate your own clarity and healing.               

  • No. These sessions are intended for spiritual and personal insight only and do not replace professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
